Yamuna dear can now hire Lawyers and prosecute the Polluters and all those flouting the laws and regulations by itself ..can say that I can,t breathe for lack of oxygen in my waters dirtied by Polluters (Industrial units, ULBs and communities illegally occupying this guy,s Flood Plains) and no one can buy without this guy,s written consent what belonged to this guy.Same goes for Ganges as it has more number of Polluters and State Governments and their organs...
