'ECOTEC PROCESS, Sewage Water to Drinking Water

A technology using‎ unique synthesis of 'Traditional Wisdom' & 'Modern Scientific Knowledge '.‎ EcoTec Process basically constitutes of two Herbicide Treatment Programme to treat Grey / Dark Water in STP's & Fresh / Raw Water Treatment Plants.‎

PRODUCT SUMMARY :
1) Herbal, Organic, Food Grade, Non Toxic Products‎ (cationic coagulant polymer enriched with water soluble extracts of Strychnos potatorum, Moringa oleifera and Neem oil for improving the clarity of water)
2) Sympathetic to the existing biological flora
3) Herbal enrichment increases efficiency and reduces required doses of basic reagents used in coagulation process  Effective in precipitating anionic surfactants
4) ‎Minimises sludge ‎& Improves sludge dewatering stages and results in improved effluent output
5) Highly effective when used for the secondary decantation of biological sludge coming from aerobic and anaerobic digesters
6) Enhances rapid sludge settling
7) Effective across a wide range of pH
OTHER BENEFITS (MECHANICAL / POWER / CHEMICAL / TIME) :
1) With EcoTec Process the following Treatment / Equipment could be stopped completely: I) Aeration Treatment
II) UF Process
III) UV Process
IV) RO Treating
To summaries the above EcoTec process drastically reduce the Power Requirements to the various equipment required for treatment.
3) The TIME required by EcoTec Process to treat the Sewage from the Inlet Point to the Outlet / Discharge  Point is maximum 5~7 Hrs. Hence more effluent could be treated with the same available infrastructure. Therefore increased Capacity Utilisation.
4) Do away with Harmful Chemicals like Alum, PAC, Chlorine, many more..

  1. Bonjour

    Hello

How can you communicate on the goal that wastewater become drinking water?

It is unthinkable and it's also amazing that people working on the subject of water do not know how nature works to make drinking water.

This drinking water of nature contains elements that no sharpest same technicality will happen to make.

This must be added the presence of chemical pollution, dissolved in wastewater.

Even with a purification device ultra powerful person can ensure that there are no traces of chemical pollution in the water.

Why complicate life to make water while he's a thousand times easier to not waste water Lyseconcept biotechnology, unique in the world, offers this possibility.

  2. Adding neem oil to drinking water may be risky, I can supply details on patented methods to get completely clean water without any chemical from the dirtiest or from air condition systems or of low-cost methods people freely can use or moderately polluted sources. I also published on methods to increase water infiltration at farms with multipurpose hedges seeded and used in better ways.

    1. Torsten Mandal the only risk by adding Neem oil is its bitter taste! The only reason why we pass through Carbon filter is to remove the bitterness.... If one proposes to make it potable water.

as for your technology pls feel free to share what you have developed on this forum!

  3. Please also comment on WHAT ECOTECH PROCESS can not do...or has not been tested for its efficacy on what types of pollutants in sewerage/storm water..

  4. Hi Rajesh
Can you please explain how the process is able to kill viruses which is what the UV treatment is for in conventional treatment plant.
