It is quite amusing to note that Govt. dislikes any serious questioning and wants to reinforce its thinking that neither Public nor Govt. organs not under direct control of the executive should ask about the wastage and diversion of public money. Can anyone account for the net result of Crores of Rupees spent on Sewerage Collection and Transport in Varanasi when STP is still in the air and still, over 30 nullahs are discharging raw and jet black sewage right into the Ganges, upstream barely a few hundred meters away from the holy ghats ?
