This is the best use of FLOOD PLAINS.You may try other crops (Creepers) such as Water Melon, Melon, Turai, Bitter Gourd, Ghia, Tinda, etc., with some small local structures for creepers. And why not promote use of VERMI-COMPOST a bit when sowing.
