Darryl Day is the Managing Director of ICE WaRM, one of five International Centres of Excellence formed under the international education package in the 2003 Australian Federal Budget. ICE WaRM's focus is capacity building in the Australian water sector and working through international alliances to create customised education and training courses for overseas governments and water organisations.
Darryl has over thirty years of experience in the water and energy sectors with high level skills in transformational leadership, strategic planning, business performance, asset management, service delivery, crisis management, capacity building, and stakeholder management.
Darryl is a Life Member and Past President of the Australian Water Association (2005 - 2007), Fellow and Past Member of the International Water Association, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and the Co-chair of the Singapore International Water Week - Water Convention Programme Committee (2009 - President).
