It is very sad that despite full knowledge Government Organs fail to (a) Deal with Polluting Industries on 24x7 basis (b) ULBs donot collect and treat waste water and sewerage fully and even STP CAPCITY CREATED IS UNDERUTILISED(c) NO Program to restore water bodies and create additional capacity water bodies to arrest and releast surface water which goes as run off..(d) No new norms to ensure that untreated water or pollutants get better detected before they enter the rivers or tributories or u/g water acquifers...(E) Interlimking river systems can also contain the problems of minimum flows not maintained ...
