I am constantly amazed  at the quality and state of the art studies compiled for foreign  government to read and discuss at the dinner table. Yet they serve no purpose. In addition the cures to all of the mentioned items are available right now. A few changes to agricultural practices, modification to waste recycling, and a few cultural items to be banned and you will have: 1. clean water, 2. increased water flow while also building up the water table, 3. increased agricultural production and nutrient density, 4. Safely eliminating  waste for recycling natural use.  Nature is already doing these helpful processes.  Just need to locate choke points and enhance microbial activity in the area.  Massive bioelectrical production is a side benefit.
