Recently I happen to attend to INAUGURATION OF CENTRE FOR GANGA RIVER BASIN MANAGEMENT & STUDIES. While, Honorable Minister is having lot of desire, but as it appeared from day long discussion, entire Ganga mission has become more an academic discussion, rather implementation. Like to see large action in line with Road infrastructure. Clean Ganga mission can benefit itself from experience of MORTH/ NHAI and other state government initiative.
