We have participated in this Global Invitation thru an official EOI ( expression of Interest ) now we are one of the 7 shortlisted companies. No further action is taking place. We offered to clean a few drains in distt Bijnor and our proposal was informally accepted and sent for approval of your board. and we were assured action about six months back. All the time we have been closely following this up. out of blue, we find that the entire proposal has been put in cold storage as of 31st March 2017. Assignment of work is always your prerogative but unilaterally terminating an offer is not doing justice. We are not talking about a few hundred rupees or commitment here but the excitement of doing something new and for the country. If you take out the devotion (of doing something holy) part of the work, it is just another Government contract job, but our intention is ignored. We believe NMCG is more focused on spending on high-value tickets rather than encouraging a totally indian initiative. Success of this will propel India in a big way in our neighboring countries. What we understand by big ticket deals is from countries highly inflated water cleaning projects with questionable outcome. No doubt this will bring brownie points to the Government but isn't this Government for promoting indigenous technologies?
