In the last, Govt of India acknowledged that Indian Govt and experts are unable to clean Ganga themselves, that's why they are taking help of Germany. Now a days, Governments( of any party) care more for mighty and influential people than the poor unprivileged backward public. These influential and mighty people have vested interests and will not like to see that Ganga is cleaned. The Govt of India should consider why Ganga was much more clean before August 15, 1947 ( pre independence period) than now.
