I do understand this project has many facets.  But the cleaning of the water is quite simple and extremely inexpensive. Nature provides all you need.  The difficult part is to stop dumping into the river to allow nature to complete her normal task. The existing microbial programs have been adopted for residential, office buildings, public bathrooms, and so many more.  Because of India's  squat and drop custom small packets of these microbes can be easily carried and used. Looking forward to our first formal meeting.
