For villages and Communities, Panchayats should be investing in Community Toilets and night soil/ sewerage+ some of Gobar slurry should be processed thru anaerobic BIOREACTOR which will at least provide Biogas for the families of care taker/ chowkidar/ Gardener and waste water with only up to 20% of the original Organic substances load could be utilised for irrigation of Trees or transported to Lal dora for reedbed treatment/ grazing pasteurs or village Pond for oxidation
