Dear Vishakha, thank you for sharing this article. Recently I was asked from a german company as a team supervisor for a GIZ funded project within the river ganga rejuvenation project. The project will last 3 years. Location would be in Derahdoun in Uttarakhand. Probably they won´t take me for this Job because I have never worked for development projects funded by GIZ, KfW, World Bank, EU or other similar organizations. Maybe they give me the chance for short stays there as a trainer for indigenous environmental professionals. Do you have an advice how I can yield my knowledge and exoerience in this or in similar projects? Best regards, Guido
