Rishikesh, Dehradoon and small communes along slopes of hills are IDEAL for SPEEDY COLLECTION of Sewerage -- processing thru a Biorector and then transfer of much clarified Sewerage to Sewerage System for getting treated at STP and storage of tertiary water for IRRIGATION/ INDUSTRIAL USE or even for recharge of acquifers...or surfave Lakes. However, if one goes by State Govt. functionaries, most moneys end up getting spent on civil works with high propensity of Repars and maintenance expenditure..No merit in Life Cycle Costing or No maintenance long term solutions...?
