I agree with the remark of Mr.Lokesh Punj suggesting to include all towns along the Ganga River system ,Yamuna,Alaknanda and other rivers that merges with Ganga.Until and unless we have 100% collection and sewerage treatment plants ,we can not achieve our target .We will have to divert all the untreated pollutants away from our river system at least 5km crow distance  away  from the existing river.If we stop this then in natural course of time Ganga water will be safe to drink and to utilise the same .
