I wonder why simple things can not be easily done.What is the failure rate coefficient? The cost and time taken in the meantime is not managed for cost.The contents which can be answered to their country process technology is necessary.I think that it will be established by neighboring cities near the sea and the population.I do not deny it.This case is too enormous.

私が見る限りでは彼らは望んでいないと思います。
