Or they will be incinerated creating air pollution. Or they will be dispersed in agricultural soil despite all the chemical pollution, dissolved in the liquid. And what becomes of the urine which in contact transforms its urea into ammonia making the liquid very toxic? Billions of dollars will be invested in STP infrastructure for nothing.
