Actually the outlook is very positive. Water is plentiful, nutrients are available, and microbial intervention is working very well. There appears to be no need for external financial assistance.  This marketing report made for the World Bank  seems to miss the needs of the farmers.  If this was a doctor's report I would get a second opinion. This time get a real professional in this field.
